Dear MJ,

I installed mj on my joomla.

from my DESKTOP:

seems ok, but....all menus with registered access do not appear on frontend. ONLY PUBLIC ones....

something is wrong....

MJ doesn't affect joomla's menu system (except of optional set another menu item as home).
Are you sure that you was logged at that time?

I am using 

joomla 1.7
mobile joomla 1.0RC
template is pixel point creative Refresh 1.6

1. before i upload MJ, all menus permission assignment are working properly.
2. after i upload MJ, those menus with REGISTERED and SPECIAL permission are not working properly anymore. ONly PUBLIC can be seen, even after logged in.

This happened with me too.
All my modules and menu assigned to Special dont show anymore.
So Ive put some of them to test in Registered persmission option, and still not show anymore.
So I uninstalled Mobile Joomla, and everything continue with the error, only shows up if it is with Public permission option.

How to fix this? All my modules and menus need to be public, otherwise, it doesnt show!

Just checked the topic but I dont know if the problem is with session, because even with the modules permissions going wrong, I still accessing the registered pages, like user profile, I can review in jreviews, and all this is registered only.

The problem seems to be with modules permissions.

I unpublished the Mobile-TeraWURFL plugin and its all working now.
