I had previously installed Mobile Joomla! on my site and it was working properly. It recently stopped working so I uninstalled and re-installed, but the mobile site isn't appearing on mobile devices. Is there any configuration or set-up process I may be missing?

- I have a Menu titled "Mobile Menu" which links to an article that contains the information for my mobile site. 
-That article is forced as the homepage for all cellular devices.
- All aspects of Mobile Joomla! are published.
