Hi there. Thank you for contacting the Mobile Joomla! support forum. Regarding your issue, that message usually appears if there is no write permission in a specific folder. For example, some of our customers were able to eliminate that message just by setting the templates folder writable. Have you tried to completely download the entire Joomla! package and try to extract everything again as well as our Joomla! software? I'll be waiting for your reply. Thanks.
