Hello,

I have the following problems and I am using online hoster 1&1.de with Joomla 1.5:
1.
if i try to Upgrade MJ it says "SERVER_CONNECT_FAILED, failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found" i should upgrade it manually. Which leads to the 2nd problem...
2. When i try to install or upgrade manually it works whether fine but then there are some very strange menu point in the configuration window:" COM_MJ__INFORMATION...COM_MJ__CURRENT_VERSION...1.0 COM_MJ__LATEST_VERSION...1.0.1 COM_MJ__UPDATE ....COM_MJ__DEVICE_DATABASE_SIZE...25.25 MB " i think this isn't normal. The other thing, which occured a few times is that i get an error message wich says "blabla config file missing" or similar...

Can anybody help me?

COM_MJ-like messages mean that MJ language files wasn't installed correctly and you should reinstall MJ.

if i try to reinstall i get this:
Internal Server Error

edit:
reinstalled from tmp.... same error but no language pack installed...

And what error_log contains?

i looked in the logs directory but haven't found an error_log

If your site is placed in /somepath/public_html, the look for error_log in
/somepath/public_html/administrator
/somepath/public_html
/somepath

still not found any solutions.... or the error log.... installes MJ 1.10 and still the same strange menu points ....
