Mobile Joomla is just a wrapper for the original Joomla! system providing better usability for mobile devices. It is installed within the administration area under menu extensions. There you can upload and install the mobile joomla plugin.
To install the Joomla! system copy the install files to your webspace and navigate in your webbrowser to the (sub)directory where the Joomla! index.php is. It will automatically redirect to the installer. Follow the instructions on your screen.
