Just installed JoomlaMobile 1.0.3.1 on a Joomla 2.5.4 site. Also followed through the video. Within the component General page I set this page as my "homepage" for each type of device. But all I get is the desktop version of Joomla on my Android cellphone.

What should I check next?

It should be enabled but you can check the mobile joomla plugin. Also, make sure the page you select as your homepage is a page in your mobile menu if you have it separated out. You can also try adding the string ?device=xhtml onto the end of your url to see if the template is activating period. Maybe try another device if you have one available.
