We want to build a mobile joomla website with a large Background photo.
The costumer likes this:

We will buy your elegance mobile template if it supports these large Backgrounds.

Sorry, i saw i made an misstake. Of course its not Background color! But Photo!

You can set background using css (example: jsfiddle.net/8zvZf/).
