Today i would like to buy mobile jommla club, and install Flat or Elgance template, but i want ask you if from mobile device there is a link with a switch to turn to desktop version for users who want to see normal version (the same from the pc) instead the mobile version.

"Select Markup" (part of MobileJoomla) displays such a link. You can publish this module in any position of mobile (or desktop to switch back) template.
