We have two themes (mobile_iphone\jqtouch-src\themes  "apple" and "jqt")

and I would like to know how to switch the defaut theme to one of this "apple" or "jqt"

??

I was asking myself the same question. Is the jqt theme usable? If it does, how can I enable it?

I figured this out yesterday for Joomla 2.5+. As Administrator go to Extensions --> Template Manager. Select the mobile template which offers a couple theme options such as Mobile_iphone - Default. You'll find the toggle to switch back/forth in the right column under Advanced Options.

I looked at the same for the other mobile templates and this only exists for some. In the old docs that talk about updating CSS they point to the same route to update the CSS files. Unfortunately that does not exist here, at least not for Joomla 2.5.
